Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a desk, couch, comfortable bed, air conditioning, a huge TV, WiFi, and an electric kettle, all complemented by the Arles Liberty Pass. The location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from the historic area and a short walk to the arena and ancient theater. The service was exceptional, with helpful and friendly staff who even checked me in early. However, the dining options were basic with some items missing, and there was no bar on-site. Overall, a great value for a stay in Arles.
The hotel had both positive and negative points. The rooms were tiny but comfortable and adequate, with a couch and coffee making facilities; however, the cleanliness was lacking with tired wallpaper and dirty, stained carpets. The service was a mix of mostly friendly and helpful staff, with nice and polite interactions but sometimes lacking apologies and warmth. The location was great, especially for visiting the Farmers' Market, but lacked direct customer service attention. The dining experience had its flaws, as the offerings were limited and overpriced. Overall, the hotel needs an update, but it does have some convenient amenities and a good location.
